I’m the Chief Operating Officer at R&W Brokerage Inc. I started at R&W over 10 years ago as a commercial lines account assistant, earned my Insurance Brokers License in 2018, and was promoted in 2022 to COO. I love that I get to help our clients find the insurance that best fits their needs while teaching clients about coverages that they were previously unaware of. Education is one of the most critical aspects of my role at R&W for both our clients and our staff.
I graduated from St. John’s University in 2019 with my bachelor’s in Risk Management, followed by my master’s degree in 2020 in Enterprise Risk Management. I was working full-time at the office while attending classes, allowing me to take what I learned in the office into the classroom and from the classroom into the office.
My office specializes in many different aspects of insurance across both personal and commercial lines. From a small mom-and-pop operation all the way to multinational clients we help tailor coverages to each individual client.
